"Beautiful handwriting is the art of giving shape to thoughts with patience, precision and pride." 

As part of the No Bag Day celebration on Friday, 24th July, 2026 our school organized a ‘Handwriting Competition’ for students of Grades 1 to 4. The activity aimed to foster neat handwriting, creativity and a love for written expression in a fun and engaging learning environment. 

Students enthusiastically participated in the competition and wrote a short paragraph on the following topics. 

• Grade 1: My Morning Walk 

• Grade 2: Bruno's Playful Day 

• Grade 3: Our Friends the Trees 

• Grade 4: Every Day Counts 

After the competition, the five best handwriting sheets from every division from Grade 1 to 4 were shortlisted and sent for the final round of evaluation to the Art teacher. The shortlisted sheets were carefully assessed by the Teacher, who judged them on the basis of neatness, legibility, spacing, alignment and overall presentation.

The results were announced grade-wise and students were honoured with First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and two Consolation Prizes in each grade. The winners were applauded for their exceptional handwriting, while all participants were appreciated for their sincere efforts and enthusiastic participation. 

The competition was a grand success and added great value to the No Bag Day celebrations. It inspired students to understand that neat handwriting is not only a skill but also a reflection of discipline, patience and dedication.
