We, at Vasudev C. Wadhwa Arya Vidya Mandir are delighted to celebrate the remarkable achievement of Meera Kale, who proudly represented Maharashtra at the CISCE National Throwball Championships, held on 11th and 12th September at STEM School, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Competing in the Under-14 category, Meera and the Maharashtra team displayed exceptional determination, teamwork and sporting spirit throughout the championship. In the semi-finals, they faced a strong Karnataka team, which went on to emerge as the eventual champions.

Undeterred by the setback, the Maharashtra team bounced back with renewed determination. In the third-place matches, they defeated Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to secure the Bronze Medal.

This achievement is a wonderful testament to Meera’s dedication, perseverance and never-give-up spirit. We are immensely proud of her accomplishment and wish her continued success in all her future endeavours.
