For Earlytrails 2026-27 children born from 01.10.22 to 30.09.23 are eligible
1. Registration Form – Signature of both parents is mandatory
2. Birth Certificate of the child
3. Pan Card of both parents
4. Aadhar Card of both parents and child.
5. Passport copies of both parents and child.
6. Certified medical reports from a doctor or any other reports of medical
history of the child (if Any).
7. The latest photograph of the child (Clicked on the phone or any other
device).
8. Only in the case of rental accommodation (Scan the relevant pages only where
